Toki Tori 2, the long awaited sequel to Toki Tori is under development by Two Tribes. Here is a teaser video and some screenshots:
Toki Tori 2 will initially release on Steam, but a Wii U version is expected to follow soon after that. They say the gameplay will be a departure from the first game, as Toki won't have weapons but will instead use the environment to overcome obstacles and proceed through the levels.
Something to look forward to? Toki Tori 2 has been in development since the middle of 2011 and is set to come out later this year.

Battleship: The Video Game
Battleship sets sail on Nintendo
Activision has announced a new multi-platform strategy title called Battleship: The Video Game, so-called because there's a movie being released too (really?) starring Liam Neeson and Rihanna. Inspired by Hasbro's classic board game, this will have more of a sci-fi edge as players aim to defend their fleets from alien attackers.
A host of real-world craft will feature in the experience - the likes of submarines, destroyers, patrol ships and banana boats will all be present and correct. The gameplay is turn-based as you'd expect, but complexity is added through each vessel's personnel, their unique abilities are key in foiling the alien marauders.
European gamers can get their hands on Battleship in April 2012, with Americans following soon after in May. The first screenshots of Battleship are up on our pages:
