LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy user review

Well squared lego bricks. Excellent usage of E-Woks.

When I first played LEGO Star Wars I, I played it for my love of Lego and especially Star Wars. Now about Lego II. The stages are straight out of the movie (in lego form) as if it was the movie. The awesome abilities of the force is truly amazing whilst its moving the lego bricks.

The character creator mode is what made me ecstatic though. It's probably the best feature of the whole game actually. The joy of customising your own character, there's no words!

The stages are well set out and are full of secrets. The minikit canisters are well hidden and the Golden bricks can be collected by collecting all minikits, getting the True Jedi meter full, or beating one of the minigames in the secret door in each episode. Red bricks will get more "cheats" in the extras and by collecting all the red bricks from one episode will get you a secret code to unlock more goodies.

If you have a save data from the first Lego Star Wars in the same memory card, all the characters from the first one will be right there in Lego II. Mace Windu can see the future now!

The sounds are exactly the same as the movie sounds but the only problem with sound is, there are no vocals. The game would be a heap better with the vocals.

So anyways, excellent game. Oh yeah, those E-Woks are great, they have slingshots with crap on them!
