Mario Party is getting crappier all the time. Or maybe its just me.

Mario Party six has by far, the worst storyline of them all. The Sun and Moon have a fight. The minigames have lost their once-great zazz that kept you coming back for more. Probably the only good minigame was Granite Getaway, a 4 Player minigame that ripped off Indiana Jones.

The boards weren't half bad, except for the very first one, it's just all to happy. The Fair Square was probably the best because it was easy to get a lot of stars in a short amount of time as up to 5 stars could be bought at once and the price was different every night.

Character selection was excellent and the fact a character had to be bought with stars I think was great. I like winning things because it's proof of skill.

Party 6 lost some things that were great in Party 5. There was the chess board battles and the excellent mode were custom ships could be built.

I think Party 8 will need a lot of the older mini games. There are a lot that people miss and want back so hopefully they will return.
