Pikmin 2 User Review
Take control of small dangerous creatures
The gameplay for this game is great. From the unusually large empress bublax to the incredibly small bulborb you can have as much fun as you want beating up enemies, collecting pellets and making sprays. This is a game for anyone who likes adventure and action. The game is surprisingly short for such an adventurous game. But the multiplayer is great. All you need is a couple of friends or family members and you can destroy your opponents pikmin, steal marbles and have a great time winning.
The lifespan for this game is pretty bad. You can probably beat this game in a couple of days if you're good at video games. But the multiplayer is what brings all of the life back to the game. You can play forever with multiplayer and never get bored.
The graphics for the game are some of the best I have ever seen on the gamecube. This game really pushes the gamecube to its limits as you see the game as if it is an actual alien planet with all sorts of creatures large and small. Even the grass looks real which gives the impression that the creators of the game put a lot of hard work into it.
The sound for the game is great, it really feels like you're in the game. Besides the fact that Olimar and Louie have no voice the pikmin make up for that with their singing voices which is really entertaining.
