Mega Man 10 coming to WiiWare

Old school Mega Man fans can feel all warm inside today, as the 250th issue of Nintendo Power magazine reveals Mega Man 10 is in the works.

As with Mega Man 9, it's definitely coming to WiiWare, but may be announced for other download services in future. Again, the style will be of the classic 8-bit variety harking back to its NES era.

This time out, three characters will be playable from the start, one of these being Proto Man. A slew of new bosses will be there too, including one called "Sheep Man", no lie.

Ahh if Megaman 10 is as good as its box art is bad, it'll be better than 9.

I had to try and highlight underneath the article, just to see if you had another white colored "Just Kidding!" like in the Super Mario Ocean article. That's ridiculous.

Even though this sounds cool, I'm a little pissed off. Why? Because not only do I get the feeling Capcom's going to overdo it on the Classic Series AGAIN, but also.. is Capcom EVER going to consider continuing the good ol' Mega Man X series again?! TTATT.

Jamesman: I think that depends on whether or not Capcom is going to start being lazy with the classic megamans like they did with Megamans 4-8. If 10 is bad then yes they are overdoing it, but that has yet to be decided.
