For those of you readers who feel left out that Japan have more stuff than the West should find this news joyful.

It may not be groundbreaking news, but Nintendo have decided to release the Mercedes DLC for Mario Kart 8 in North America and Europe. This comes after both major names teamed up in some sort of half and half deal, which has also resulted in a pretty darn good advert.

As we have finally got the DLC we were all wishing for, could this be a start of a wonderful chain of DLC for not only Mario Kart 8, but for others games too? E3 already announced that amiibo will be featured in Mario Kart 8 as well as its main base game Super Smash Bros for Wii U. Maybe we can finally see Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man in the mainstream games rather than the arcade ones? Only time will tell!
