Nintendo Force magazine secures 2nd year

When the official Nintendo Power magazine ceased printing in December 2012, a large number of its former subscribers were dismayed. Soon after, this gave rise to a new magazine called Nintendo Force (now known as NF for legal reasons).

NF was founded by Lucas M. Thomas and is currently worked on by a number of staff members from high profile gaming websites like IGN, Destructoid and 1UP.

Following a successful Kickstarter campaign, NF looks set to continue releasing content in print and digital forms for at least another year. 1,972 backers pledged $68,491 - far exceeding the campaign's goal.
