At Wii's End

At Wii's End

Y'arrrr! The latest announcement from Disney Interactive states that Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End will be swashbuckling its way onto all major platforms... especially Wii.

The game is based on events in the second and third movies, but also includes its own additional content. Wii's unique features will be taken advantage of, in swordfighting scenes you can swing the Wiimote to take down enemy pirates.

It's set for release on May 22nd to coincide with the movie release. Will it be any good? Who knows, but the rum is most definitely gone.

Usually movie games suck, but this might actually be good. Pirates of the Caribbean dead man's chest for the ds was really fun so maybe this one will be hit as well.

Man, the title of this news piece scared the shit out of me. About the content; I don't care- it's Disney. What's there to care about?

I'm mad. Disney is for kiddies. This game would only have a little interest in me. Movie games aren't that great.

Most movie games are bad, I don't know about this one since I've never played their series. Maybe it will be a good movie game like Godfather and some of the LOTR.

The original Pirates of the Caribean game by Bethesda was actually pretty good. I'm also looking forward to fighting the kraken in this game.
