I've played a demo and the dogfights are awesome.
Sword play is definitely the most fun single and multiplayer game. If Red Steel 2 has sword fighting half as good as this it'll be a very nice improvement over the first Red Steel.
Sword speed slice I could play for a long time. It just never gets old for me and presents the player with the perfect example of how well the 1-1 is.
Apparently Red Steel 2 will have very good sword mechanics. The only problem I've heard is that the swings happen a bit later than when you actually make the motion. This could just be because the game is still being worked on.
I used to love Sword Play, but it's started to grow off my slightly. I don't really have a favourite, depends on what the mood is really. If I'm in the mood to collect stamps, I'll probably go on 3 point contest or frisbee.
Sword Showdown is excellent. That's the next Zelda right der.
Nintendoof: a first person Zelda would not be looked upon fondly by most Zelda fans.
YoshLee: It's not really first person. Just zoom out and it's third person. Replace everything with the Zelda treatment, and there you go.
What most Zelda fans need, is to face change.
This isn't a Zelda chat XD. A problem I found with sword play is it won't be 'exactly' where you aim the remote. Like when you point at the screen when you first start, the sword will point down.
I support my theory. Try fighting without pointing at the screen.
I love the swordplay. It makes me more excited for redsteel 2.
Just got the game. Archery has hooked me straight up. Looks like an all day wiiathon is in order.
