Sad Feet.

First to get a few things straight. I like penguins. I liked that film with the penguins (March of the Penguins) but I found it hard to like this. Of course you can't play it with great expectations. I thought, 'just another film to game flop'. And I was right. There's nothing new or innovative, unless you find dancing penguins original.

You play as the 'hero' mumble, blamed for the fish drought, you have the find out what is happening (or something like that). So you can see it's the same cliched storyline in all these things.

The gameplay consists you dancing as the penguin dances, like those old arcade dance machines. Except this brings the expected age down even more as it has penguins that dance, not pink haired teenagers. When you're not dancing, you're either sledging down a hill on your belly or swimming. All these 'mini games' are extremely shallow and pointless.

To add lifespan to this game they put in a multiplayer mode, so you can challenge your friend. All these are just really competitive modes for the highest score. Races for swimming and sledging and highest score for the dance mode.

Don't be mistaken, it's another all platforms release so Wii is not the only 'lucky' one. It is equally rubbish on all consoles, the Wii maybe slightly better with the innovative controls but only slightly.

The game is pretty bad and I don't think even a child would enjoy this. So you're better off buying them the DVD when it comes out.
