Hooked User Review

Not getting Hooked to it.

Upon purchasing my lovely Nintendo Wii (US Set), I realized that I had to get a good fishing game to match with it and especially as a gift for my Dad's Christmas and New Year.

What should have been a good day turned out to be the biggest disaster and mistake in history. The shop highly recommended it as the best selling game and I actually believed them. It was more like the worst selling game.

Gameplay was bad. It did not make much use of the Wiimote and the illustrations of the demo and also the lame selections in the internal menu was in disarray. The confusion and the menu interface was so horrid like it was a direct port from the PS1.

After playing and testing out for 30 minutes I practically gave up on it. Hoping that maybe this game was not suitable for me, I quickly introduced to my dad. He too was also not happy with it.

Watching the game graphics turned my stomach upside down, like I was watching a slightly better version of PS1 graphical engine. The game sounds were also comparably bad and became even worse as they had barely a soundtrack.

Conclusion is stay away from this game, as no effort whatsoever was put into it.
