Mario Strikers Charged User Review

Disappointing.

This game is far too crazy to be good. It is just mad. However quite a lot of the time mad games are quite good (see Wario Ware Smooth Moves) this is just too mad and not enough soccer.

The gameplay is capable but not great. It can be quite good when goalkeeping from a megastrike but otherwise not great. Sometimes it feels like you can only score from a megastrike and it is annoying.

You will not play this game for more than a week after you buy it. It will not grow on you and you feel you have seen everything within that week. It has a lifespan of a week. Pathetic.

Graphics are nice and clear-cut, however. At times it can be a little too dark but they are generally nice and keep up with the fast pace of the game you are playing. The graphics are the best part of the game, except for the Wi-Fi Connection.

The sound is bearable but not great. It is repetitive battle music but it is okay. There isn't really much to say about the sound.

I want to come to the Wi-Fi. This is great. It is a real shame they didn't use it on a better game. There is no lag and is quite fun and may make you extend the games lifespan to a WHOPPING 2 WEEKS. Yes the Wi-Fi is probably the only reason to buy the game.

Don't buy this game. It needs more soccer simulation to be even a decent game. If you want proper simulation buy FIFA or PES because they are much better games than this.
