Help Seals
Drops you right into the action.
When I think back now I can remember my first war game, Medal of Honor Rising Sun on the cube. I couldn't put it down, every chance I had I was on it.
Then came European Assault, I bought that as well and enjoy it with long lifespan, but that changed with Vanguard. If you are follower of the series you'll fly through it, don't get me wrong the game is great with replay value as well.
That and the at first fiddly controls are the only problems I can speak of, it has great sound with real time info being shouted by your allies about the always-changing battlefield.
Great visuals and extremely detailed landscapes alongside the excellent sound make you feel like you are actually there.
The strategy in Vanguard is completely different to the older games of the series dropping you right into the heart of the action, literally.
The gameplay is great and makes excellent use of the motion-sensitive controls (By the way, don't listen to what "I need a Wii eww..." says because you don't just hold down B to throw a grenade, you actually have to flick the Wii remote). Parachuting doesn't do much good or bad to the game.
There is not much more I can say about it but if anyone wants to play a realistic, face-melting and adrenaline-pulsing First- person WWII game, I recommend this.
