WarioWare: Smooth Moves User Review
Smooth Moves receives a smooth grade.
My title pretty much sums it up. When I bought this at my local Best Buy, I was actually regretting the purchase. I was thinking it was going to be stupid. But, when I started to play it, I couldn't stop! I'm a first time Wario Ware player and this game was AWESOME.
Gameplay
The storylines are kind of strange, but hey it's a Wario game. The "microgames" were good. The game will have you arm-wrestling, sauteing, pulling out the master sword, squatting and much more. I especially like the video game / toy store level, where you are able to fly a StarFox Arwing.
My only cons to the gameplay are that it is sometimes hard for the sensor bar to pick up the remote. Your item in a microgame will be flashing and some of the games just seemed impossible (catch the falling woman -- I think I am 3/10 on that one). There is also a multiplayer option!
Lifespan
This game does last an adequate (not too long and not too short) amount of time. If I am probably bored in the future, I might pull out this game and master it once again.
Graphics
I am not too picky on this category. The graphics were simple, but I did like them. They were "smooth".
Sound
Wow, there are a LOT of catchy tunes on this game (the Dribble & Spitz level). The sound did seem pretty accurate for that type of level or microgame. I do like Mona's level for this too.
Conclusion
Overall, I would say this game is definitely worth the buy. Don't just follow my words though, make sure you always make YOUR decision before you buy. I'm just here to help.
