Wii Sports User Review

Gives us a look at how sports games will be played on Wii.

The game uses most of the wiimote's power. You start out creating a Mii and using it on the Wii.

There are five games: Tennis, Bowling, Baseball, Golf and Boxing. Each of them make you feel like you're actually playing. Tennis is a great game to begin with, even the youngest of the family can figure out how to play, just hit the ball!

Baseball was fairly well planned, you hit the ball with your wiimote just like a bat. You throw the ball by holding the control, raising it above your head and bringing it down to your pelvis really fast. Although the game lacked running from base to base or trying to catch the ball.

Bowling was very well planned and it is one of the most simple games on the Wii. You hold B and bring the control back and forward, while letting go of B. Simple.

Golf is golf, just aim with the pad, hold A and swing.

Boxing is the most fun and most exhausting game on Wii Sports. It requires you to use the nunchuk and wiimote like boxing gloves. Jab at the opponent like if you were really boxing. It really brought out the wiimote and nunchuk power by sensing how hard the impact where you were aiming.
