Wii Sports User Review

If you don't care about graphics, this game is for you.

When I first picked up a Wii, I thought this game was going to be really bad by the look of the graphics. But if there is one thing you will learn from this game, it is this: Graphics aren't everything.

I hate to say that after 1 hour and 30 minutes, you will put the game down. Boxing is not as bad as the rumors say. Now, the physics in bowling are surprisingly well done.

Now for the controls. For bowling, you will hold B and take the remote back and swing while letting go of B and aim with the cursor. For golf, you will hold A and swing. If you hit it too hard in your swing you will do a hook. For Tennis you simply swing like a racket. For Boxing, you punch left (or right depending on your hands) with the nunchuk and the opposite with the Wii-mote. Dodge by going left or right. For Baseball, you simply swing like a bat. The timing has to be very good to get a home run. You pitch by raising the Wii-mote and throwing it (not letting go of the Remote). Use A+B, A or B for different pitches.

So the bottom line is that if you want to see what the Wii can do, play this game!
