I hate the missions. They are so restrictive, especially with having to start over from the beginning (a personal pet peeve of mine). And I was disappointed with the unlockable ones being what they are. But other than that, the game is pretty great overall. I certainly don't think it's any worse than the first one, but I don't see that it improves on it much either with the completely different set up.
on Pikachu 3DS XL coming to the US...
That is adorable. But I'll stick to my Legend of Zelda special edition version, even if it does have the smaller screen.
on Minecraft unlikely on Wii U...
I've been saying Minecraft would be great on Wii U since the console came out. The Gamepad really would be perfect. A shame they're not considering it.
on Ubisoft Montpelier protests over Rayman Legends...
Good for them. They got burned by the "men in ties" as someone else put it and they deserve to have their work recognized and appreciated. I can't imagine Nintendo is too happy either, since Rayman Legends was one of the few big Wii U launches that wasn't delayed up until now.
on Hyrule Historia is the best selling book in the US...
I preordered it in August, as soon as I saw the announcement. I'm still waiting for it to ship though.
on Virtual Console on Wii U...
Can you not expand the storage for the Wii U? SD cards/flash drives? I mean, the Wii U console has about half a dozen USB ports... there has to be a reason. Their online game downloads have been consistently improving in the past few months, beginning with the 3DS eshop and continuing on Wii U. I'm sure they'll get to expanding their available titles soon. Although I don't think it's as high a priority as say the SNES, since a lot of people still have Gamecubes.
