Well, technically it is Virtual fighter 2. It's just a crappy port of the awesome Saturn game. By the way, I wish Saturn games were on the vc. But it probably won't happen because Nintendo only has 4 buttons on the (right side of the) classic controller while the Saturn controller had 6 buttons. Too bad.

Porting a superior game from a superior console to an inferior one may very well turn out bad. This game is actually not Virtua Fighter 2 but Virtua Fighter 1 with the number two tacked on. Someday the Saturn version might come to VC and by that time we may very well experience the superior version and hopefully VF3 as well.

Jskrdude, you can use 6 buttons if you use gamecube controller or newest Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All Stars 6 buttons arcade stick is out. It is possible.
