I just hope that if this game gets its anime adaption, 4kids should at least keep the storyline original and find some way to keep Team Rocket off the show. That's what makes it a bad show.

Pokemon RULES! I have every game and beat them. XD only took me a week or two. BTW this game rules, I wonder if the combos changed like sunny day with solarbeam. I wonder if you're in a colosseum with huge rock pillars and use thunder, the attack won't work.

Well I hate the epidsodes of Pokemon, they make no sense because the main team always wins. Team Rocket never won. They win at the start then they get pummeled. They only make it that the good guys win because they might give little kids the wrong impression. Other than that the games are good. I was raised with Pokemon until I was 6yrs old n I got out of it when i was 12.

When pokemon first came out I loved it, but the shows got way too carried away. I mean first it was pokemon, then like ultimate battle, then super champions or something. I really like the games, I just think they should have kept the pokemon population at 150.

I have a couple of things to say here. It's about time the pokemon made contact with one another. The attacks affect the arena! In story mode the affects should still be there. Maybe you could even use ice beam to cross currents or a fire attack to burn things! (NO MORE ANNOYING TREES!). The name Mr Nintendo actually is implying something about pokemon. The Pokemon franchise is one of the great symbols of Nintendo, along with Mario, Link and Samus Aran. Thank you and have a good day *whiplash sound*.

I'm sorry if I said anything rude about Pokemon. I really am. I hope this game has a story mode. Anyone here likes snagging shadow pokemon? I only like it because I get a lot of new pokemon. I'll bet this game will have more than 100 shadow pokemon. By the way, anyone have new pokemon ideas? About 90% of the new pokemon will be evolutions from old pokemon. I'll bet one of the pokemon will be evolved into Lapras or Murkrow! Ideas anyone? And Pikagirl, what screenshot do you mean?

Well, no one knows whether or not the game follows the Orrian plot. Plus 90% of the pokemon evolve within themselves, not evolve from old pokemon. I need good bug types!

I'm just 12, but around here pokemon is very hard to enjoy (darn teenagers). Also I think it may look like that if all you see is one episode of the show and a couple of toys. It's not really. But the rentals are a must. And the mini games. I wish they could super-revamp the surfing game from yellow and put it in this. And get prizes in story mode.

I remeber Pokemon, I watched it like crazy when I was younger. I watch a nepisode just for kicks every now and then. But the games are amazing! I just finished watching a video and it looks pretty fun. I will definitely rent this when I get the Wii.

Me likey doriapon (yes this is about battle revolution). He has ice, thunder and fire fang, which I'm thinking are like poison fang, plus an attack called cross poison. It's like a poison tail mixed with a slash attack. High chance of critical hit + poisoning. I bet they look awesome.

I've never really been a huge fan of Pokemon and the anime was crap. The original Japanese version was probably bad enough but then they got 4Kids to dub it. Big mistake. Any anime dubbed by 4Kids turns out crap compared to the original version. And the Pokemon games? Well, sometimes it feels like I'm doing the same thing over and over again. Pokemon appears "Wow, must have it". Trap it in a little ball. Proceed to gym. Lose to leader, miserably. Train a bit. Return to gym and win. That's it really. It feels cool the first time. Second time, just as much. Third time, you're not surprised. Final time. "Yay I won, but of course I was gonna. I'm the greatest". Note: The summary of Pokemon games I just made was completely exaggerated. No offence aimed at Pokemon fans.

The video looks pretty cool. I mean the pokemon actually run across and tackle the other, and with powerful enough attacks you can send other pokemon through walls. Added destruction to Pokemon is always good!

Destruction is most entertaining. People, please. I know pokemon is almost a religion in the game world and can usually lead to fights, but try to contain yourselves. I wish you could use any attack out of battle, as an assassin maybe. Like use a kecleon, have it use color change to turn invisible, then use psybeam or ancientpower to (insert Ahnold accent here) exterminate them. That's what we need, a pokemon game rated T for violence.

Not so jo. First graders think they're too big for it, when in fact they're just the opposite. Therefore, it doesn't matter whether or not pokemon has blood, due to pokemon being for older kids. I saw something about a 20-year-old dressing up as pokemon characters as a hobby. Pokemon is meant to be what it is. Genius sonority was, and probably is, doing a great job on the games. 2D was good, but I think the Orre games were pretty good.

It is a lot like Pokemon Stadium but increase the intensity of it all by 10. Then you have the ultimate Pokemon game because in the trailer when Pikachu uses quick attack he actually collides with the target.

Well, D/P looks to be really good too. I wonder what the "Secret Legendary Pokemon" will be like. You know what I mean right? Mew, Celebi, Jirachi and Deoxys, that kind of thing. And up higher I meant violence, not blood. But still, stupid ESRB. Also I don't think you would have any liquid blood left to bleed after a hyper beam.

Seriously you guys want blood. If you got hit with a hyper beam or whatever you'd be blown to chunks. So there is no in between, because in a realistic point of view there would be so much blood in this game it would cause nightmares. So if they allowed blood it really wouldn't make sense if you got hit full-blown by a huge attack and a drop of blood falls out, and they can't make it realistic because then it would be an all out gore fest. Imagine what happened to the Conker games with Conker's Bad Fur Day with Pokemon. Hmmm. Not a bad idea.

I think that they should bring back the "POKEMON STADIUM" idea. Collosseum disappointed me. Catching other people's Pokemon was cool, but a STADIUM concept would be better.

Yea like the Pokecup in the first one when you could use Pokemon levels 50-55. That is so much better than the colloseum because you had to have Pokemon on the exact level, otherwise you can't enter the colloseum.

For those of you who think that the anime sucks, that's because it's by 4-Kids, a company infamous for hiring bad voice actors, dulling down anime meant for teenage audiences to a Y-6 rating and basically changing everything for the worse. Regardless, it's still a kids anime but if you want to improve it, don't watch it, send in complaints etc.

Pokemon single handedly saved the gameboy. Espilon, Pokemon USA has moved to CN and TAJ studios, unfortunately the voice actors suck (with the exception of Newbrock). Bring back the old ones, you know Mrs Taylor and the rest! PBR is going to be cool. I hope they add rentals and the RPG, because it's about time we got a true pokemon rpg for consoles.

Yeah, Pokemon was a great Gameboy series, but only 4 of the games were anything special: Blue, Red, Silver, and Gold. Maybe Yellow, I didn't really play that one too much. After Pokemon's popularity died out it seemed to pull a "Power Rangers" technique. The Pokemon Stadium games were always good, though, so I doubt this game is going to suck.

Venastoise is found in the first season of Pokemon when goody 2 shoes Ash and the gang met with Ghastly in a haunted house. Of course the Pokemon junkies here know that Venastoise is not a real pokemon so don't get too excited. How many are there anyway? The keep on coming!

I don't know if this has already been said but what I can tell from the screenshots is that it can connect to your DS and the two Pokemon's names are (in a rough translation) Balukia and Dialuga. I hope this game will harken back to the Pokemon Stadium days where you didn't need to have a GameBoy, link cable and Pokemon that hopefully stood a chance against your friend's Pokemon, but still have the feature to use your Pokemon if you want to. Without a doubt, there will also be a story mode similar to Colosseum and XD but hopefully without capturing other people's Pokemon and more like the tall grass in the GameBoy versions.

That pokemon in the 3rd picture is either a monkey with its butt on fire or, someone lit a match and the monkey pokemon farted on it. Any way, I hope this game is not just battles but something like the regular pokemon games (Pokemon saphire, for example) but in 3-D or if you can play AS A POKEMON!

I agree with the person who said the renting should come back. The shadow pokemon in orre thing is getting boring, and I'm a big pokemon fan. They shouldn't be wasting time making more and more pokemon (does anyone Catch 'em all any more?) and shake up the story line. I'm sick of beating team Rocket or Cipher or whoever. And about where pikachu went, THERE ARE OVER 300 OTHER POKEMON TO USE! And I don't want to have to buy a DS and D/P in order to have any decent pokemon. What I really want to see in a future pokemon game is being able to use pokemon for something else besides battling. For instance, instead of looking for some key, just use hyper beam on the door. Just more reality. And have the hero be at least old enough to drive.

This game looks awesome and the graphics are amazing! I'm looking forward to this game as well as diamond and pearl for the DS. There are 107 new Pokemon to be released which will bring the total number to 493 monsters! The new evolutions of Magneton, Electabuzz, Magmar and Dusclops are unbelievably cool. The English names have not been shown yet but I've seen most of the pics for em' and they all look great.

To honest Pokemon sucks cold beef. The games are surprisingly good but get boring. This Pokemon game looks like the one for the N64, and I loved that one. Pokemon games didn't get any better after Blue, Yellow and Red. They stayed the same afterwards and I'm sad about that. They didn't change one bit, besides the name of course. I wish they would do something different. Hopefully, the one for the Wii and the future one for the Nintendo DS will be much better and make me feel like I did one I first played Pokemon Yellow.

To the make this game top notch, I suggest that they toss out the old system of attacking. For example, when I used tackle on pokemon stadium, the pokemon simply moved forward a foot and for some miraculous reason the opposite pokemon was hit. That I think is the biggest flaw in taking out the realism.

Maybe in the future they will also let you manually control the Pokemon, this would most definitely take the Pokemon game series to at least the top five. Because who wouldn't want to go full out and attack your opponent in real-time with all the Pokemon's special abilities with those awesome graphics?
