Looks promising so far.
I'm a big fan of the Harvest Moon series, but I've never played any of the Rune Factory games. Could someone please tell me what the main plot of the Rune Factory is and how it compares to Harvest Moon?
It is harvest moon with action added to it, some weapon crafting etc. I love original harvest moon, and this was an interesting twist, but I'd still favor magical melody any day!

Yes, but, action rpg or run around and farm crap all day and fend off squirrels? With an upgraded stick of course?
I agree with bob. The game has to actually have fun action. Not squirrel action.
Oh my god. Just beat this on DS and I loved it. I hope this one lives up to my standards (which are raising rapidly).
