They better make the Wiimote a virtual sword like they did in Red Steel. That's a revolutionary idea right there. As for the game itself, not much is known so far so I can't comment on it. Seeing as to how it's a Wii game I'm sure it's going to be at least halfway decent, so don't get your hopes down too much.

I think if it is a tales sequel, and it's anything like the tales games I've played, virtual sword would be pretty close to impossible. Try performing Lloyd's tempest from symphonia in real life.

Why put a fantasy-rpg on the Wii system and not take advantage of the technology of the controller, why would I want to play a turn based rpg on a system that has the technology to move a sword in real time, nough said.

They seriously need to bring Oblivion to the Wii. Just think of using a sword, a mace, a club, a staff, an axe, and magic spells with the Wii remote. That would be crazy! The controls would revolutionize the elder scrolls games, just as it has with every other game.

I'm glad Tales of Legendia is moving out of the "Tales of" series. The only thing really Tales-y was that it used the out-dated LMBS. In my opinion, if it had used the Flex-RangeLMBS, like in Abyss, it would have been much better. Symphonia and Abyss are better Tales of games, and don't get me wrong, Legendia was at least half-decent, but I don't think it's Tales worthy.

It sounds interesting and like an RPG. And I totally go with LloydIrving and Cvhack. Tales of Symphonia was the best and did you guys know they are barely coming out with the animation! (coming out in Summer).

This could be good! Hopefully full use of the Wii Remote. I want them to put an ACTUAL Tales game to Wii too because I love them, and the only one I played was Tales of Symphonia for the GC.

You all do realize that Tales of Symphonia and Tales of Legendia aren't the only Tales games in the series right? Tales of Phantasia, Tales of Destiny, Tales of Eternia, Tales of Destiny 2, Tales of Rebirth, Tales of The Abyss, Tales of The World Radiant Mythology, and Tales of the Tempest. Yeah so if you haven't played Tales of Legendia, this is the sequel for it.

I like the idea of a tales of game coming to the Wii but is this supposed to be a sequel to the tales of legendia story? I also hear talk about my favorite game coming to Wii as a sequel of tales of symphonia.

All I want is for another final fantasy game like 7 or 9 to come out. Those were the best games ever and they would do well to make more like them.

I hope you don't need any knowledge of Tales of Legendia if it is indeed a sequel. Because that was on PS2 and I don't have it. I'd LOVE to play it though *sigh*. I don't care anyway, as long as there's more rpgs on the wii.

You stick with final fantasy. FF has sucked since FF7. They need to just kill the game. FF12 opened up like star wars and the battle for naboo. And the control was just like parasite eve in my book. Oh, let's recycle the controls from a game that the new gamers will think is original. Blah, square sucks ass anymore. No story, shitty gameplay, horrible whiny limp bizkit voice overs, and linear gameplay. Give me FF2 for snes any day compared to ps2 FF or higher.

God I hope this is a sequel to Tales of Legendia. Legendia has probably my favorite cast of characters. Senel> Lloyd in my opinion.
