Activision sued over mono GH3
A man from San Diego named Samuel Livingston has filed a class action lawsuit against Activision, publishers of Guitar Hero 3. This has all arisen from the fact that the Wii version of the game is only capable of delivering sounds in mono.
Even though Activision has already promised to deliver free replacement discs next year, Mr Livingston is ready to proceed and will be represented in court by Kamber Edelson Ltd, a law firm based in New York.
Sadly, Activision declined to comment. I think we all would have liked to hear more from Rhy-Ming Poon.

Why is he filing a suit? I know stereo is better than mono, but what's the big deal? I doubt it caused him pain and suffering. I want to keep my eye on this story, so I can find out why, besides money, Livingston is doing this, and to see if he'll win. Hopefully not; this sounds completely ridiculous.

Samuel Livingston needs to chill. This is a small problem (you don't even need stereo sound to play GH3 and most people probably wouldn't even notice the difference). Plus the problem is already solved. He just needs to wait for his replacement disk.

When I was little I always put stuff on mono for some reason (maybe because 1 is my favorite number) and I didn't care. Even though now I like it much louder, I don't think I will mind.
