Bob Ross game canceled

Bob Ross game canceled

It seems as though Bob Ross Painting, a game intended for the Wii has been canceled. On developers AGFRAG's Yahoo Group it now says the following:

"AGFRAG is no longer involved in the development of ANY Bob Ross Game. Please contact Bob Ross Inc. for further information. Thank you."

Sounds like somewhere along the line a happy accident occurred. In case you actually do want to contact them, the address is info@bobross.com

There's no way we couldn't do a game because everybody wants one badly. I think they (Agfrag) were sort of overwhelmed and they don't have the resources and the energy to tend to the huge demand that is needed. We are currently working on digging up the development team that has the swift enthusiasm to carry through".

Stupid and unusual? I believe you'll find that some of the best games are stupid and unusual. A stupid game I still enjoy today are the Pontifex games on the PC. If building bridges can be fun, maybe painting could be too.

I would love a painting game for the Wii, but, Bob Ross? I think I'd rather have Mario or something representing the game. Ross is good at painting and all, but still.
