Brunswick Pro Bowling striking Wii

Brunswick Pro Bowling striking Wii

Crave announced a new bowling title for Wii earlier today. It's called Brunswick Pro Bowling and is likely to be released this year.

The game promises to be a much more in-depth bowling experience than that offered in Wii Sports. Players can customize their bowler and bowling ball extensively and there are 10 bowling venues modeled on actual Brunswick locations.

Career mode sees you progressing through the ranks from amateur up to professional in a number of tournaments. Multiplayer is supported as well, with up to 4 players able to play in a game. Just watch out for the dreaded 7-10 split.

Nothing diff fae Wii sports.

I don't see how they can one-up Wii sports other than in little details like customization. Did anyone notice iffy physics in Wii Bowling?

Ahh, I'm just gonna stick with Wii Sports. Good to see third party support.

Wii Sports is still fun. Any sports game should be more in depth than Wii Sports. I don't get why Crave has to promise to be more in depth than Wii sports.

Because honestly, Wii bowling wasn't that in depth. There are many more things that are done in professional bowling, such as how much of the lane is oiled, whether or not you have a weighted curve ball (if you look online some of these bowling balls are outrageous the pros use, with spinning gyros in the center and whatnot, just crazy). Honestly, I think Wii bowling was catered to work for everyone, specifically by knocking down pins it shouldn't, if you watch some of the angles, things happen that just aren't right, at least from my experience of watching bowling since I was a kid.

This will sell very well. Everybody loved Wii sports. This is an updated Wii sports game.

Crimson Hawk
You can customize your bowler too. I think it be cooler if we use our Mii's.

Gonzo
I like Wii sports though.

Hey Crimson Hawk, it would be even better if it also had tennis, baseball, golf, and... oh, boxing! And it like could use your Miis for them too! But I really doubt anyone would make a game like that. I mean, not even Nintendo would be that crazy.

BrothaZ
Yeah. Cool.

This isn't where I parked my car.
