Crates and barrels SSBB info
Today's dose of SSBB goodness from the official site tells us about crates and barrels.
When you break these things open, a number of items can fly out. As seen below though, barrels and crates don't always look their wooden selves. Depending on the stage they can change in appearance to suit the surroundings.

That's awesome. I read the site and I'm not 100% sure, but the crates have different looks for certain maps, there are also item crates, and crates that slide around without items?

Awesome! I wonder if you can slide on the present and metal crate too. If you look closely, you can see that the wooden one has wheels.

It looks like they have upgraded the physics engine since the crate is sliding down the incline. Nice touch with the crates and barrels. Maybe the Metroid stage will have Ing pods as crates and barrels or even the confetti ball!

The themed crates and barrels are an awesome new addition. The thought of the carnage a crate with wheels could cause makes me laugh out loud.

A pikachu is over the crate! That's a big advance. I was prying into this game, but the different crates is a total surprise, better than before! Dismissed.
