Developer dream team on Wii
A number of Japan's best developers are joining forces to collaborate on a Wii project. Marvelous Interactive, CING and Townfactory are all working together on a game temporarily titled "Project O".
Planned for a 2008 release, it's being classed as a new genre, something along the lines of SimEarth.

Oh, CING and Marvelous are very good. Hotel Dusk: Room 215 is a classic, and who could forget the Harvest Moon series? I'm not sure what games Townfactory did though.

Here is what I don't get. Why do they make a bunch of games for the Wii that don't even use motion sensing for the gameplay? THE REASON WHY I GOT THE Wii WAS BECAUSE OF THE NEW INTUITIVE PLAY! So I hope that they take more advantage of it than they are now.

The Wii was indeed made for new ideas and new genres. They better not screw this up, I'm really looking forward to some more Wii innovation.
