Nintendo's numbers-man George Harrison has supposedly announced his early retirement through an internal voice message at NoA headquarters.
George has been with Nintendo since 1992, a time when the SNES was taking over the world. Before he goes, he will help with the transition of relocating the sales and marketing teams. Note, he's not the same guy that was in the Beatles.
New job listings on the Nintendo website also suggest Perrin Kaplan and Beth Llewelyn are on their way out pretty soon.

Wii's World is not officially affiliated with Nintendo! (but they wish we were).

Let's hope they replace them with competent people, I wouldn't want Nintendo slacking in any small way. But was I supposed to know who George Harrison is? Because honestly I didn't until just now.

I sure hope all these "retirements" aren't being forced by Nintendo. It would be evil to turn on your own employees when you hit success.
