Yep, Giga Bowser is playable in Super Smash Bros Brawl! But only for a short time. You see, he's Bowser's final smash.

Oh dear. He looks BEASTLY. For whoever it was who doesn't know Kirby's final smash, it's putting someone in a boiling pot of water and doing lotsa damage to 'em.
I wonder if Giga Bowser will still be in Adventure mode though. He was a cool boss. And freakish and "blow your mind away" kind of of thing if you saw him for the first time.

Why only as a final smash?
The textures definitely look better on Giga Bowser. Regular Bowser looks like a wimp compared to his giga form. Imagine Giga Koopa with a super mushroom!
I can't remember hearing of Giga-Bowser. Hmmm. Must be Bowsers Elite form.
Alright, perhaps I was wrong about two things: His size hasn't been reduced and his powers seem to be of great strength too. But! It is only temporary, and I don't know what that has to do with anything. My point being: I can't wait to play as him.
Hacking SSBM you were able to play gigabowser as a normal playable character. The funniest was the "Run, Forrest, Run!". I mean, Samus. Sure.

I don't think anyone will be seeing much of giga bowser in game because bowser will be too slow to grab a final smash when it does appear.

This is so awesome! I've always wanted to be Giga Bowser! I even got Action Replay for it, but the Giga Bowser code kept locking up my game.
The fact that he's 10 times bigger than anyone else makes him the possibly the best final smash in the whole game.

I've always hated playing as Bowser (or most heavyweights, for that matter, except DK). And I've always found it hard to stay alive for too long around Giga Bowser. But, you know what they say: a double negative is lead to prove positive. I might actually give Bowser a chance now.

What is a "final smash" and what enables you to play as Giga Bowser? Is a final smash another name for a final move? Like, the killing blow or something? Generally, just explain to me how all this works!

Blackout, final smash is an item with the smash sign on it, it lets you do a special move once. For bowser, that is turning into Gigabowser.
Grab a pokeball when you see one, it might have groudon in it.

I was playing melee the other day, and Giga Bowser actually picked up an electrode and threw it at me.
Somebody give the guy a mushroom.
It's no good getting a pokemon to try and beat giga bowser because he's going to be invincible for a short time.
I wonder in the rules, if you can set the smash balls, so you can be giga bowser all the time. Like for all the other characters, you can use your final smashes anytime.

Hey bbbrrr you can pick up an Electrode when it's about to explode by pressing A but be very quick. It will explode on you. It happens to me a lot. I also see lots of Level 9ers do this.

Giga Bowser was a secret boss in Melee right? So in this game giga Bowser is actually playable, because Giga Bowser is Bowser's final smash.
Kirby can only use other characters special moves, not their final smashes, his final smash is the only one he can use (Kirby).
Unfortunately you can be gigabowser for 15 seconds.
You can't swallow giga bowser and you can't set in the rules to have the final smash forever or when you want.
I'm the best player pika in melee and I never really tried this game but it sounnds really cool. Will giga bowser attack his son bowser jr.? and yoshi is my favorite.
I knew about giga bowser for a long time but the one from melee sucks, because of its graphics (and because it always kills me) but giga bowser from ssbb is awesome. I just wish you could stay as him.
