10 million DS Lites sold in Japan

According to Famitsu, Nintendo's revised handheld the DS Lite has sold over 10 million units in Japan since its launch in March 2006.

Sporting an attractive price tag and strong library of appealing games, the DS Lite continues to be the best selling games machine week after week, well ahead of even the Wii. Nintendo currently produce more than 2 million DS Lites each month.

DS Lite, we salute you.
