Ey gringo! Sam's Club, a warehouse chain in Mexico are offering Wii preorders for 288 pesos deposit, mang. The final retail price in Mexico is expected to be 4500 pesos, or $420 USD (Mucho ouch?). Time for a siesta.

The reason it's going to be so expensive is because of economic inflation. Since there peso is so deflated compared to the Yen and Dollar the price is increased. I'm sure there are other factors but that is the biggest one.

That's because Mexican retailers are blood suckers! Not only Wii is expensive, all other foreign stuff are almost double the price than in its original place.

It's better than the Wii's cost in Brazil. It costs about 1000-2000 USD there.

I love to play all Mario games. They are the best. Ps3 is so sucky because I heard there are glitches in it!
