George Harrison, Nintendo of America's Senior Vice President of Marketing has given out some tidbits of information about Mii, the cartoony caricatures featured on the Wii.

The lobby screen where you can browse through all the Miis is called "Mii Plaza".
Mii Plaza can store up to 100 Miis. A further 10 can be stored on a Wiimote.
If you want to use your Mii at a friend's house you can either take your Wiimote with you, or attach the Mii to a message and send it to your friend through the message board.
Although there are only 2 currently known games that can use Miis, more are expected in 2007 from Nintendo and 3rd parties.

Ah this shold be fun, but I hope you can not only make human Mii's but also animal ones. I'd love to make my Sonic the Hedgehog fan character Vortex on there!

Yeah that animal idea sounds sweet but of all the videos I've seen of the Mii channel, there is no sign of it. And Master Foot, what Mii 'skins' are you talking about? Sounds interesting.

They should make a side scrolling platformer like the classic Mario Bros. But you could use your Mii as the main character.

There is a fighting game, it's called wii sports (boxing). You should be able to find things for your Wii sort of like Nintendogs. Wouldn't that be cool if your mii had a Mario hat or Link's sword. I can only dream.

When I say "Mii skins", I mean logo t-shirts, hats, etc. Also, it would be nice to create your own logos or use pics from the SD card. I like the animals and Nintendo branded items idea. It's likely that the animals idea may happen, Nintendogs for Wii is such an obvoius idea. Before you know it, there's going to be "Miitropolis"; a fully functioning online city. Miis are taking over the WORLD! (If Nintendo takes the name, I want a cut!).
