Shigsy involved in Olympics game
News broke yesterday about "Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games", a sports game involving both Mario and Sonic.
Now it turns out that Shigeru Miyamoto himself is closely involved with the project, according to Simon Jeffery (Sega of America's President).
"The majority of the physical development is being done by Sega Sports Team, with very heavy supervision from Mr Miyamoto and his team as well. That's what makes it particularly exciting for us".
The game is said to release by Christmas. I'm still waiting for the "APRIL FOOLS!" on this one. Who knows.

I'm waiting for that "APRIL FOOLS!" too. This may bring shame to both franchises. Now for Sonic, that's normal (nowadays, anyway). But leave Mario out of this!

Something about this DOES sound like an April Fool's joke and as far as games are concerned, I hate April fools. I always fall for it getting my hopes up. Just like "Sonic in Super Smash Bros Melee".

Zendalf, I doubt that even if Sony had the capacity to go so low as to announce a decent product that they'd actually go through with it. Even for an April Fool's joke. That's just too far below them to make something productive and successful.

No way, this is not an April fools joke because the president of Sega is saying it's true. They don't joke about things like that. It would ruin Sega and Ninty's good relationship.

There's so much stuff on this, it just might be true. But you can't trust anything near April Fool's- especially not video games. Also, that would've almost been a cool image if Bowser weren't in it.

Dude, did you hear?! Shigsy's gonna direct MG solid 5 for DS, Wii, 360 and ahh, they said they might consider PS3. But Sony said it was so crap they wouldn't bother making another MGS for it.
