Wii gets Medal of Honor Heroes 2

Those Nazis, when will they learn. Reggie Fils-Aime, Nintendo of America's big man recently announced Medal of Honor Heroes 2 will be coming to Wii this holiday season.

Published by EA, it's built from the ground up for Wii and will support online play with an impressive 32 players.

In addition to the standard single player campaign, a special mode designed for new gamers will be included. This section will be on rails and simplifies the experience, so even the most clueless newbie can still pop a cap. Nice!

Loads of zapper/zapper analog and wiimote nunchuk control options and online play sounds sweet. But there's a psp version, if this turns out a psp port with bells on I'm really going to flip out. Wii graphics please, and I want true zapper controls combining analog and 3d motion aiming, rifle butting, pistol whipping, sniper/grenade etc with tight polished controls. Kind of arcade light-gun meets metroid prime 3. Oh yeah reminder, Wii graphics - not ps2 or psp thank you very much EA.

Sweet! Nintendo knows what they are doing in putting online in. They finally caught up to Sony and Microsoft in that department. I also believe Medal of Honor is the best WWII series. I remember in Frontline Assualt when the D-Day battle commenced. It was near impossible to get past to first ten seconds.

Yes it is free. Yes it has mario kart. Yes they have a lot of sweet vc titles. However third parties are going to be teaching a few things to Nintendo. Nintendo has a lot of sweet ideas, but friend codes have to go. Nintendo has a lot of catching up to do still. By the way, wouldn't it be sweet if mario galaxy was online? (at least if there any mini games).
