Nintendo and Coca Cola deal

The UK divisions of Nintendo and drinks company Coca Cola (you may have heard of them) have joined forces for a nationwide sales promotion of the Wii.

The promo will be seen on 182 million packs of Sprite, Fanta and runt of the litter, Dr Pepper. This all happening between May 14th and the beginning of July.

Every day 10 "Ultimate Wii Games Rooms" will be up for grabs, including a Wii console, 26" LCD TV and a mini fridge with cases of each drink.

Cool. One problem: Dr Pepper is by Pepsi, and is pretty much their most successful drink too (behind Mt Dew). So I'd like a correction, or I may never trust you guys again.

That's making it worse. Nintendo has Wii shortage and they are going to give them away every day? When will we ever get one? It sucks for me because I never win those dumb things.

I don't get it, Wii is promoted like everywhere, everybody knows about it. To me this sounds kind of like "we have money and we're just going to spend it".

I already have a Wii, but I want another because I was raised to be a selfish tyrant bent on taking over the world! Mwahahahah! But seriously, it sounds cool.
