Opera full version delayed until April

Opera full version delayed until April

The full version of Wii's web browser Opera was due to release this month, but instead it's being held back until April.

The reason for this is that Opera are working closely with Nintendo to include as many user requests for features as they can. Apparently the final version will include much more than the existing beta.

It's not going to have a monthly subscription fee of any kind when it first comes out, right?

My Opera on my Wii only crahes on the Opera website! No kidding. It is a nice browser, though, all things considered. I am sure the final release will be even better.

I was looking forward to the release this month but if it will have more features because of the delay, then I'm prepared to wait. I guess I'll just have to hold out for a little bit longer. It looks like tabs will be a big possibility then.

Way cool. Does anyone have an idea how we pay for it? Like is it monthly or one time or free?

I think it's free forever until end of june then it's a one time payment of so many Wii points.

After june it will only cost 500 points, pretty cheap for a browser.
