Pollen Sonata Wii prototype

A small team of developers in Denmark are hoping to get a game out on Wii. They've created this teaser video of a prototype for a game called Pollen Sonata.

They're currently looking for a publisher to come on board, most likely hoping to flesh this out into a full game.

I wish a whole bunch of bugs were trying to put me and my dream girl together. That would be awesome.

So basically you are this ball of bark or pollen or something and you fly around trying to kill gigantic hornets. The idea of being able to fly around freely and be tiny is pretty cool though. Of course what are you supposed to expect from a Danish game.

I like the visual style. This just proves that inspiration can come from the weirdest places.

It's dewy's adventure but pollen not water droplets. Too late, it's already being done to death on Wii platformers.

Original, I have to say. The story could use some work, but this is still in early stages. And basic gameplay mechanics such as the winged pollen look fun. Hope to see this one flesh out.

Holy crap. Innovative, interesting, and overall a perfect game for the Wii. They have my full support and I'd hope to see this as a game some day. I personally think it'll be a success.

I completely agree with Scooby. That was fantastically presented, stupendously unexplored, and mindblowingly beautiful. I'll definitely buy.

It reminds me of a mix of Monkey Ball and NiGHTS. That could be a good thing. I hope a decent publisher doesn't overlook this game.
