Where the hell are all the Smashing Pumpkins DLC songs?

Although I love soad, those two songs are already on Guitar Hero games. I'm also surprised we didn't get the Scars on Broadway song "They Say" which came out on other consoles when the soad pack came out.

Rock Band 2 is in a desperate need of This Dying Soul by Dream Theater. Nearly impossible to play song at its best.
