As expected, Shigeru Miyamoto received his award for "Lifetime Achievement" at the Game Developers Conference (GDC) earlier on. Doesn't it just make you feel warm inside? Here he is in all his glory.

I'm sure that he appreciates the award. But everyone I know who's gotten awards says that the greatest award is the job they've done. Shigeru's most likely happy with everything he's done. A lot more than getting the award.
