Brawl Tournament LA final match
As you may know, SSBB tournaments are under way in the US. The event in Los Angeles has already taken place, if you want to see the final match, this is it:
There's a rumor going around that Sakurai himself will be attending the one in San Francisco.

So it's Kirby Vs. Ike, nothing out of ordinary there. Though I have one tip for the announcer: Shut up, you're standing right next to them, you don't have to yell into the microphone! Everyone is cheering for the Kirby player, no love for Ike though. Now I respect the person who taped this, but the Wii sign was blocking Kirby's damage meter. KIRBY PWNS ALL! Was that Crazy Frog Axel-F playing in the background when the guy was announcing the prizes?

Ugh, you have to be kidding me. That was a FINAL match? I should have attended; I would have dominated them all in the face. Ike really needs to learn how to counter and maybe even how to fight and Kirby obviously was just full of himself, so I suggest he learns how to fight too.

Oh my god why oh why could I have not gone to LA. I honestly think I would have done pretty good. Not first place good but very good. Also I have got to say they play brawl very similar to how my best friend and I play smash bros brawl (I swear to god I'm telling the truth) we shield a lot, use aerial attacks. Amazing tournament.

God, either Brawl plays very differently from Melee or they just plain suck. If the gameplay isn't that different I could have dominated at that tournament. That's not just me being full of myself either. I'm just going to assume that the gameplay is way different and that they don't just suck.

I wish I could've been there. I wanted to see whether I really am a good player, or I just don't play against many people. Good match though. It could have been better but I guess it was their first time playing.

Obviously they don't suck, and the gameplay isn't too much different, they're just not used to the Wii-mote (assuming they haven't played the Japanese version ahead of time). Hence, they weren't blazing fast or extremely accurate. On top of it all, it's hard to concentrate with awkward controls along with people screaming, music blaring, and then (in Ike's case) having everyone root for your opponent.
