TimeSplitters 4 on Wii likely
The Free Radical Design team have confirmed that TimeSplitters 4 is definitely in development.
No destination platforms have been announced yet, but judging by the letters page on the official website, it seems they are big fans of the Wii.
Here's hoping we'll get a Wii version when the time (!) comes, it's a pretty cool series.

I'm sorry but fps / fpa on any other format doesn't make a blind bit of sense, seriously who in their right mind and all that. I do not want to play fps or any game for that matter on a damn dual shock or whatever sony's lying marketing buffoons call it, it's unsuited to 3D, it has slow dead feeling analog sticks and it's just so outdated. Timesplitters Wii please. The lack of 3rd party fps on Wii shows the ignorance within this bizarre industry. It makes my blood boil when some guy playing fps on a sony pad and turns his nose up to Wii then calls himself a "hardcore" gamer, sorry no hardcore gamer plays on a dualshock that's just stupid. I want and demand 3rd party fps support on the "CORRECT CONSOLE". Obsolete ways of playing don't impress mii at all.

The main concern with fps on Wii is integrating "look" with "aim". Halo uses one analog stick for both. Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition was good because you could look and aim at the same time- of course you had to stand still to do it. If developers could make a game that let you move, look, AND aim all at the same time. We would have a monster on our hands. Imagine playing Halo with a friend- you move and look with dual analog sticks while your buddy picks off the baddies with a Wii remote.

I never played the first one, but the second rocked, while the third rocked a bit less. Besides, from the looks of it, having Timesplitters on the Wii would make wiiboy's millennium.

Let's hope it comes with online.

On rails shooters are perfect for Wii.

Yea time splitters 4, I like this series.

You mean kind of like corruption? That lets you move, look, and aim all at the same time, and pretty well if I remember correctly.

Woo-hoo! Time Splitters 4.

Wiiboy, I believe the PS3's crappy controller is called the SUXASSES? Or something. I forget. I think Timesplitters on Wii is a good idea, and I crave that type of fast paced first person shooter madness. I don't think it will work (Cough)RED STEEL(Cough) but, I'll keep my eye out. And wait for Metroid to come to Aus finally.

Cool. I played TS2 in the cube and it was really one of the most funny fps I had ever played. It lacked a few (very few) of the options of Perfect Dark that I liked, but still it was a game to remember. I'd just love to see some Sgt Cortez in Wii.

I've heard a lot of good reviews about this series, so best of luck to the Wii.

Future perfect was very nearly perfect. Just online mode and a better story would make 4 rock more.

Yes! This will be amazing on the Wii. If they just make a timesplitters game with simple easy to use controls then it will really work. No over complicating. This is why metroid works so well. It's simple, you're not having to shake the remote, spin in circles every second to attack - you point and shoot. Plus online multiplayer, hooray!. Just please, no friend codes.

The only thing missing from future perfect was some of the guns from TS2 and how you can light a crossbow in Mexican mission. I totally agree with wiiboy101, the so called hardcore gamers that play with analog sticks are stuck in the past. TS4 4 Wii!

Timesplitters on the Wii will rock, no other system can do it better than Wii. Just include online without friend codes and we have a winner.

Ts2 was the best game ever made. Put it on the Wii and you got the best game that will ever be made.
