It's sad because the games WE ALL want the most (like Goldeneye 007, Banjo-Kazooie, Mario RPG, Earthbound, etc) we may never or not see for a long time. I hope the BIG N thinks about this list NP is making. If they want our money they should give the people what they want. I know it's easy to say that but most of the games I have seen on this website are Nintendo owned games. So why not put them on VC? Games like Banjo-Kazooie, and Goldeneye 007 are owned by RARE which are owned by Microsoft. So those games may be a problem to get on VC. But 08 is an ok year (not the best) for VC. We only ever get 1-2 games a week any more. We will have to see what happens. If not 08, then let's all hope for 09 to be the return of VC games we all know and love.

Aww. Gerardo took Kirby Super Stars. So: 1) Kirby Super Star 2) Majora's Mask 3) Chrono Trigger 4) Metal Gear 5) Final Fantasy Six. I don't really push for games owned by Rare or that need to be translated. Not that they're not good, of course, but it will take longer to get them. I used to play Kirby Super Stars for hours.

Cody, you mentioned a remake of Goldeneye with some online support and Wii controls. While I would LOVE to see this too, I've often thought of how seemingly more simple (and lucrative) it would be for Nintendo to devise online gaming for VC cames. In theory a Wii channel called "VC Online" could connect you to other players interested in playing a specific multi-player VC game (i.e Goldeneye, SF Rush, etc). Once that connection was made, "VC Online" could start the VC software on all systems and "trick" the software into thinking that distant players were actually hard wired. The "VC Online Channel" could keep track of game data via a profile system. It seems pretty simple.

I like how you all think. But remember RARE games we MAY never see. Unless Nintendo and Microsoft make a deal. If they do try to make a deal Microsoft will want RARE games on XBL too. Something I know Nintendo will not let them do. I know for a fact that RARE was going to TRY and put a re-make of Goldeneye 007 with online play on XBL but Nintendo won't allow it. Nintendo some how owns some part of the RARE games that were on N64, because if they didn't Microsoft could put Goldeneye 007 and any other game RARE made on N64 on XBL with no problem. Let's hope for the best.

You know guys, Nintendo and RARE recently made a game together (Diddy Kong racing DS), so don't count out RARE games just yet (especially donkey kong 64). Oh, and don't forget the DKC games released on the vc.

Kirby Super Star, Earthbound, SMRPG, Chrono Trigger, and MAYBE Majora's Mask. I can't think of any other N64 titles, and I own the ones that have already been mentioned (007, DK64, B-K and B-T, and SSB).

1) Super Mario RPG 2) Secret of Mana 3) Super Punch-Out! That is unfortunate that Microsoft has the rights to many of the great games. It's unlikely anything would be worked out because of the competition between the Wii and XBOX360.

My list will be long but here goes: Star Fox (SNES), Mario RPG (SNES), Banjo Kazooie (N64), Banjo Tooie (N64), Donkey Kong 64 (N64), Diddy Kong Racing (N64), Super Mario Kart (SNES), Kirby Superstar (SNES) other than adventure and crystal shards the ones on VC are terrible, Mario Party 1-3 (N64) and I saw someone make a suggestion to port original game boy games on VC. That'd be a good idea because I always spend my Wii points and have a weird amount left like 300 and 200 points and I can't do anything with them. I'd see original game boy games being somewhere in that price range, 400 points maybe.

The only games I want on the virtual console are Mario Party 1, Mario Party 2, and Mario Party 3. Ever since I bought a Nintendo Gamecube, I was hoping Nintendo would have made a remake of the first 3 Mario Parties, I waited and waited, trying not to give up on what I had been hoping for, but then one day, I heard Nintendo had been developing a new system called the "Nintendo Wii". Once I heard the news about it, I almost instantly gave up all of my hopes for being able to play the first three, (and in my opinion the best) Mario Party games to ever be released, it took about a year after the official release of the Wii for me to actually have enough money to purchase one. Not too long afterwards, I set up Wi-Fi to my Nintendo Wii and entered the Wii Shop Channel for the first time, I literally couldn't believe what I had been seeing, all of these old games I remember from when I was a kid. When I took one final glance at all of the past games available for the VC (virtual console), I realized that what I had been hoping for so long wasn't impossible, I knew there was still a chance to get what I could only wish to happen. I thought to myself: "Nintendo. They could put the first three Mario Party games on the Wii shop Channel for download!". Every time I get a Wii shop update sent to my E-mail address, I always hope: "Please, let it be Mario Party they add to the shop." That's what I have hoped for ever since I got Wi-Fi, and that is still what I hope for today.
