Wii Fit dated
Nintendo has given release dates for Wii Fit, outside of Japan where it is already available. They are as follows:
Europe - April 25th
US - May 19th
"Everyone knows that exercising is important for our health, but only a few people are motivated to exercise regularly. Many people don't know how to begin or don't have the time to go to fitness classes. As a result, we exercise less than we should".
According to Reggie Fils-Aime, over ten games are already in development which will make use of the Balance Board that comes packed in. One of these is by Namco Bandai.

Guess Nintendo is so guilty about brawl being released so late in europe, that Nintendo is releasing Wii fit earlier than US.

Yay europe first, thankfully for once. I mean, god, we have so far only had like 2 first. Admittedly we had these 2 for quite a long time before the US, but brawl we prob won't get until 2009.

Well, I mean Wii fit by itself will probably be like Wii sports, but the idea of using it in other games just makes me more anxious to see if it's worth it.

In America, there is going to be a name change (Wii Fat) to localize the game concept, there's going to be an option to use a Classic Controller to do everything, and the Balance Board is going to have McDonalds sponsor it.
