Wii doing well in Germany

Wii doing well in Germany

Sales tracker GfK has revealed the latest console sales figures for Germany. Wii is going strongly, and isn't far from catching up with Xbox 360 already, which was released a whole year earlier.

The total sales for each console look like this:

  • Xbox 360 - 262,000 (Released Dec 2005)
  • Wii - 222,000 (Released Dec 2006)
  • PlayStation 3 - 70,500 (Released Mar 2007)
