It's been known for a while that a remake of Commodore 64 classic Impossible Mission was heading to the Wii. According to Nintendo Power though, it won't hit retail, but the Wii Shop Channel instead.
This is the first news of a downloadable game being available outside of the Virtual Console.

Yes it came out before mission impossible, and the game is (almost) impossible to beat (at least the original game was).
