Nintendo came away strong winners last night at the 5th annual MCV Industry Excellence Awards in London, picking up a number of accolades as well as the overall "Grand Prix" award.
The awards are hosted by MCV, a magazine based in the UK. The decisions are based on a panel of 90 judges, all of them industry insiders. Big N won the following:

Believe it or not, I've actually heard rumors circulating that Sony won some awards: Best laugh, best overall failure, and best failure as a team. That's just a rumor though. I doubt it's true seeing as how Sony isn't allowed to win anything due to their overwhelming stupidity in gaming. Wii rules.
