Wii's World is not officially affiliated with Nintendo! (but they wish we were).

If you have a good look at that list, most of those games are games that were released at pivotal periods in gaming history. If you're from the old school, then you know exactly what I mean. Before these games, there were no other games like these.

Well, half of these games are Nintendo. Yay!

They obviously don't really know the best games of all time since Halo is in the top 10. The greatest synonym for "Over-rated" is, without a doubt, "Halo". I mean that about the biblical object as well (the things around the angels' heads). Halos aren't that big of a deal, I don't know why everybody makes them out to be that way. Other than the fact Xbox has "one of the ten greatest games of all time", I'd have to agree (for the most part) that they made a rather healthy selection of epic games. They did forget Super Smash Bros Melee however.

Just little more then half of these are Nintendo's. What a surprise. I bet zelda tp is up there.

By the way, what Nintendo should do is this: team up with Bethesda Software and make THE GREATEST ZELDA GAME EVER ON THE Wii. Why? Bethesda is experienced in good RPG games (Elder Scrolls, Fallout, etc.) and Nintendo teamed up with Capcom for many of the Zelda games. That'd be tight. Admit it.

Yeah! Nintendo rules!

Well duh, that was one of the most crazy games out there! It received 10 everywhere. You can even press VC Games, and press Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. You will see how much love people give the game.

These games are good, but not necessarily the best. Like Master said, most were just revolutionary.

Those games aren't old school. And how the hell is the original Super Mario Bros? In addition, there isn't a single Atari title up there.

How come 9 and 10 aren't highlighted?

Will people stop complaining? This is Edge's opinion of the top ten best. I agree that Melee should be up there, but I don't agree that Halo is overrated as Scooby Jew says (only the second one is). Personally, I'm just surprised that FFVII isn't up there. But still, you have to applaud Nintendo for having six and a half games on the top ten (Tetris is the main reason the Game Boy took off). One last thing: Splintercell, Atari has lost its ground as a game developer, and most games they make suck, or at least aren't as great as some others.

I agree with every single game on that list. Including the non-nintendo ones. They're all awesome.
