At the GDC, Nintendo has shown off a Mario vs. Donkey Kong demo that demonstrates the Web Framework for eShop game development. For those who aren't familiar with it, the Web Framework allows developers to craft and demo apps for the eShop using HTML5 and Javascript.
Mario vs. Donkey Kong is a prototype tech demo made specifically for showcase at GDC, so chances are this is not a game that we'll see in the future.
However, there's been no confirmation that it's NOT in the works as a full title. Check out the video below to see the very cool demo.

I read that the Nintendo rep at GDC said it's not planned to be a full blown game, but you never know. I really loved the first Mario vs DK.
