Cheap but not nasty
With the Wii U on the near horizon, Nintendo has decided to lower the price of the original Wii.
The new value package comprising a black Wii console, Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort on a single disc is heading to retail at a suggested price point of $129.99 USD.
"Nearly six years after it launched, people are still attracted to the pure, inclusive fun of the Wii console. A new suggested retail price and the inclusion of two great games make it an easy choice for families looking for a great value this holiday season." - Scott Moffitt, NoA VP of Sales & Marketing
I'd say that's pretty good value for money at this point in time, a good option for people who want to catch up with Wii's back catalog without spending much.
