Mummies, arguably the most useless monster ever conceived of, will be plodding their way onto Wii and DS in The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor. This is to tie in with the new movie starring Brendan Fraser and Jet Li (he is the one).
Published by Sierra, their VP of Marketing Al Simone commented:
"We're pleased to partner with Universal to deliver an exciting extension to this popular film franchise. The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor video game will add another opportunity for players to experience the thrill and excitement of this adventure favorite".
Some screenshots are already up on the game's page. This Mummy game is coming out on July 22nd.

I agree. If you can't escape a mummy in a movie, then you deserve to die. I guess that they have to keep the gameplay under WRAPS! Mummy jokes never get old, actually they do.

Mummies? Stiff zombies wrapped in toilet paper? Why did they even bother coming back to life? By the way, goomba, I see your foot.

Well mummies probably are useless BUT they did it so well in the movie that don't tell me you didn't see it and you didn't squirm. Don't deny it, it was good. They pulled off the mummy monsters.
