Flight of the Dragoon

The Dragoon is a legendary machine from the Gamecube racing title Kirby Air Ride, now it's set to appear as a 3 part item in Super Smash Bros Brawl.

The 3 parts of the Dragoon are:

  • Nosecone.
  • Hull.
  • Tail.
As shown below:


Dragoon parts.

Individual pieces can be dropped if your brawler gets pummeled too much or loses a life. If you're lucky enough to get all three, you take a ride. The Dragoon boasts awesome firepower, capable of one-hit KOs.

Awesome update and awesome new item but it seems hard to get (even harder than the smash ball), and for just one KO I just hope all the other parts apear fast.

Interesting updates today, still not that great. This Dragoon ship sounds like a hassle to get but seems worth it. Also they tell us something that's need to be done right away when you start Super Smash Bros. Brawl in order to receive pictures from friends. Anyway here's a little secret: We kind of already knew about the Dragoon. How? It was one of the trophies that were flying past the screen in the Coin Launcher update in the pic which has the Phyllis & Pelly Trophy.

This was my favorite star in air ride and now I get to use it to eliminate my foes. Kind of gives big characters a disadvantage.

Jeez, are any of you guys wondering whether we've had our chips with characters? I mean don't get me wrong, the last few updates have been alright and I'm grateful for info on brawl but it's been well over a month since they declared Dedede. Loads of companies have now played the game for themselves and they almost seem to be honoring a final character list. I was hoping for a 40 character roster, not 20. Sakurai had better get his act together after the break.
